Mr. Vaillancourt has served as our President and Chief Executive Officer since November 28, 2021, having served as our Interim President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2, 2021. Prior to his appointment as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President of the Company’s Sealing Technologies segment since August 26, 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Vaillancourt served as President, STEMCO division beginning in July 2018. Prior to that, he served as President, Garlock division since November 2014. Since joining the Company in 2009, he has also served as President, Garlock Sealing Products and as Vice President, Sales and Marketing of the Garlock division. Prior to joining Enpro in 2009, Mr. Vaillancourt held positions of increasing responsibility with Bluelinx Corporation, culminating in his position as Regional Vice President North-Sales and Distribution.

Joe Bruderek is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has held this position since April 2024. Mr. Bruderek previously served as Executive Vice President, Finance since January 2024.  Prior to joining Enpro, he most recently served from April 2022 to June 2023 as Vice President, Commodities and Corporate Strategy of Momentive Performance Materials Inc., a global provider of silicones and specialty materials that formerly was a division of General Electric Company.  During Mr. Bruderek’s 23-year career with Momentive and General Electric, he served in a variety of financial and operational leadership positions including Vice President, Corporate Development; Vice President and General Manager, Sealants; Director of Finance, Formulated Products Division; and Chief Financial Officer, Americas.  Mr. Bruderek served in various financial roles of increasing responsibility from 2000 to 2006 while the business was part of General Electric.

Robert S. McLean is currently Executive Vice President, a position he has held since July 2017, as well as Chief Administrative Officer, a position he has held since January 2016, and General Counsel and Secretary of Enpro, positions he has held since May 2012. Mr. McLean served as Vice President, Legal and Assistant Secretary from April 2010 to May 2012. Prior to joining Enpro, Mr. McLean was a partner at the Charlotte, North Carolina law firm of Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson P.A., which he joined in 1995, and where he chaired the firm’s corporate practice group. Prior to joining Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, Mr. McLean worked with the Atlanta office of the King & Spalding law firm and the Charlotte office of the Smith, Helms, Mullis & Moore law firm (now part of McGuireWoods, LLP), after which he was the Assistant General Counsel and Secretary of the former Carolina Freight Corporation (now part of Arkansas Best Corporation).

Steven R. Bower is currently Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer and has held this position since July 2017. Mr. Bower previously served as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since joining the Company in October 2014. Immediately prior to joining the Company, Mr. Bower was Corporate Controller of Polymer Group, Inc. (PGI) from July 2014 through October 2014. Prior to joining PGI, Mr. Bower was Vice President, Finance and Accounting and Corporate Secretary for HITCO Carbon Composites, Inc., (a subsidiary of SGL Group), from April 2003 to February 2014. Prior to HITCO, Mr. Bower served at SGL’s global headquarters in Germany as Controller - Central Planning and Coordination, from July 2001 to April 2003; and prior to that; as Corporate Controller - North America from August 1996 to June 2001. Prior to his positions with SGL Group, Mr. Bower served Collins & Aikman Corporation and its predecessor companies from November 1989 through August 1996 in accounting, public reporting and investor relations roles. Prior to Collins & Aikman, Mr. Bower was with Price Waterhouse LLP from July 1983 through November 1989, where he departed as an Audit Manager. Mr. Bower is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Meredith Manz is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and has held this position since July 31, 2023. Previously, she owned her own coaching and consulting firm, Manz Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she served as Managing Director. Prior to this, Mrs. Manz worked at BASF, where she most recently served as the Head of the Employee Engagement for NA and provided Global leadership in Integration for Global Acquisitions, Crisis Management, and Change Management. Mrs. Manz provided leadership as the Global HR VP of the Seeds Business, which transferred in acquisition from Bayer Crop Science to BASF. Before joining BASF, Mrs. Manz held several Global HR leadership positions at Bayer Crop Science, where her responsibilities included leading Global HR for the NA Environmental Science business, steering the Strategic Talent Management agenda and Training & Development for Bayer Crop Science NA, and divesting activities for the Global Seeds Business in parallel to leading all HR activities for the thriving Global Seeds business. Mrs. Manz started her career with Nortel Networks, where she held several HR leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Global HR Roles, Compensation, Workforce Planning, and HRIS SAP implementation.

Mike Faulkner is currently President, Sealing Technologies division. He previously served as President and CEO at Weco Manufacturing Group. Prior to joining Weco Manufacturing Group, Mike held various leadership positions across Enpro from 2005 to 2021, including Vice President/General Manager, GPT; Vice President, Americas, Garlock; and Division President, Garlock. Mike holds a BA in Business Administration and Management and an MBA.
