Enpro has established the Entegrity Assistance Line as a way to report questionable business activities or
violations of Enpro's Code of Business Conduct. The Entegrity Assistance Line is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a
week by an independent organization that will ensure concerns are properly reported to Enpro or our board of
directors. Each report is received by employees responsible for the compliance functions at Enpro, and each report is
reviewed and investigated as appropriate. Necessary detail or summary information is tracked and reported to Enpro
leadership.
