David A. Cowie

Mr. Cowie is a 2001 MBA graduate of Northeastern University whose responsibilities have evolved with the growth of ENPRO since its inception in 1983, when he began his career here as an entry-level technician working summer and winter college breaks in the field. Mr. Cowie is responsible for the implementation of ENPRO’s strategic planning for growth and sustainability, as well as the overall day-to-day operations of the company and its affiliates.

Bruce A. Irving III

Mr. Irving holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University.  He joined ENPRO in 1988 as an entry-level administrator and grew into his current role in conjunction with the retirement of ENPRO’s founder, Bruce A. Irving, Jr. in 1992.

Geoffrey A. Brown, Ph.D.

Dr. Brown has worked at ENPRO since 1998. Dr. Brown specializes in the assessment and remediation of complex oil and hazardous material release sites. He has more than 20 years of experience in the environmental field, with both environmental consulting/contracting firms and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Dr. Brown holds a Ph.D. in Soil Science from Cornell University, an M.S. in Environmental Pollution Control from Penn State University, and a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Rudy C. Streng

Mr. Streng has worked at the firm since 2007. He is responsible for oversight of ENPRO’s South Portland, Maine, facility; customer service; and transportation and disposal services.  Prior to joining ENPRO, Mr. Streng had more than 15 years of facility, transportation and disposal experience, working for American Waste Management and Clean Harbors as Vice President of Logistics. Mr. Streng holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire. 

Anne P. McNeil

Ms. McNeil has worked at the firm since 1997. Ms. McNeil began her career with ENPRO as a project manager specializing in the assessment and remediation of complex oil and hazardous materials release sites, before transitioning into regulatory compliance and environmental health and safety (EH&S). Ms. McNeil is responsible for federal, state and local licensing, permitting, recordkeeping, and reporting and development and implementation of EH&S programs and training. She holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

Gary M. Murphy

With over 26 years of experience working for ENPRO in the environmental industry. Mr. Murphy started in an entry-level position and worked his way through various roles, assuming the General Manager position in 2002. He specializes in the estimating and managing of various complex remediation/excavation projects. He is also a key member of ENPRO’s emergency response team, being tasked with keeping ENPRO’s wide variety of specialized response equipment in order and ready to go 24/7.

James J. Adrignola

James J. Adrignola is the General Manager, New Hampshire, based in the Pembroke, New Hampshire office and has been with ENPRO since 2005. Mr. Adrignola performs general supervisory duties for all ENPRO field activities in New Hampshire, including management of large-scale remediation projects, overseeing operations and maintenance of specialized vehicles and equipment, and managing improvements and upgrades to ENPRO’s New Hampshire facility. Mr. Adrignola holds a Civil Engineering degree from Norwich University and has more than 10 years experience in the hazardous waste industry.

Darryl R. Verville

Mr. Verville has been with ENPRO since 2003. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Verville brings the knowledge of working both in field services and sales/management. This track record allows for a better understanding of the needs of not only field service crews, but customers as well. He has deep experience in hazardous waste transport and disposal for the petroleum industry, as well as tank removal and remediation projects.

Jeffrey A. Simone
General Manager and Senior Environmental Scientist

Mr. Simone is based in the Burlington, Vermont, office and charged with business creation for Vermont and New York. He is a key member of ENPRO’s emergency response team, being tasked with keeping a wide variety of specialized response equipment in order and ready to go 24/7. He specializes in the estimating and managing of various complex remediation projects, creation of a direct-push drilling service for site characterizations throughout Vermont and New York, and interfacing with environmental consultants and large industry suppliers for technical and waste disposal services. Mr. Simone also provides scientific oversight and review of reports for private and public clients.

Daniel F. Trafford

Mr. Trafford has worked at the firm since 1988. Mr. Trafford started at ENPRO as a field technician. He moved up to a foreman position in 1990, then into management in 1994, and was promoted to senior project manager in 1999. Mr. Trafford specializes in tank removal and installation projects, as well as having a vast knowledge of remediation system installations, waste disposal, emergency response actions, site cleanup activities, factory decontaminations/shut downs and confined space entry/rescue activities. Mr. Trafford is 40-hour OSHA-trained, confined space entry and rescue-trained, International Code Council-certified for tank abandonment, tank removal activities and aboveground/underground storage tank installation projects.

With a B.S. degree in Sales and Marketing from Plymouth State University, Kevin provides exceptional customer service to his loyal customer base.

Mary F. Hannon

Ms. Hannon has worked at ENPRO since 2005. She has more than 25 years in the environmental field, beginning as a customer service representative for analytical laboratories, and then incorporating customer service with logistics for the hazardous waste management field. Ms. Hannon’s responsibilities at ENPRO have been to establish a customer service culture that is seamless within the organization, yet responsive to our customers’ needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Western Connecticut State College.

Jeffrey A. Baker

Mr. Baker has worked since EVI's start-up in October 2007. Mr. Baker holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Biology, with a minor in chemistry, from Lake Forest College. In his capacity at EVI, Mr. Baker’s responsibilities include profile review and approval, logistics, daily facility operations, safety and health, regulatory compliance and customer service. He has 10 years of experience in the environmental services field, with both environmental consulting/contracting firms and the Vermont Waste Management Division.

Peter D. Grenier

In addition to Facility Manager, Mr. Grenier also serves as Primary Emergency Coordinator in accordance with the Facility Contingency and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan and has been Safety Supervisor at the facility since 1999. His duties include facility management, supervision and operation of the wastewater pretreatment system and tank farm, conducting sampling and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC)procedures, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and offloading bulk and containerized waste shipments. Mr. Grenier has specialized in the field of hazardous waste and waste oil management since 1983.
